“Helping” dirk a bit to loose weight and train him to

 perform for his Mistress during the “slave Olympics” 

In order to prepare them a bit for our planned “Olympic Games”, I have ordered My slaves marc and jan to train their stamina and power. So right now they are using the time they are not serving Me or working to sharpen their condition. Like that, I had ordered them to do push-ups with sandbags on their back. It is a proven technique that I also have been using with success to increase the stamina of ponyboys.

So, about a week ago, I had them together with Myriam’s slave do push-ups under Our strict supervision and with some “encouragements” from Our boots and whip.

First We had them kissing the tip of Our boots each time they went down. Like that, jan was kissing My right boot, marc My left one, while Myriam’s slave dirk had to kiss her left and right one alternately (you see why I have two slaves….hahahahahaaaa….)

The one giving up the first of course was punished. Being far overweigh, it was dirk who got a few good whiplashes and I decided to take care of him and subject him to some serious training.

After his double portion of push-ups under My skilled guidance (I imposed the tempo with My boot on his back), I made him run in circles at a leash.  After not more than five minutes, this also seemed to be an ordeal for Myriam’s slave and I warned him that he was going to face some serious punishment in Germany if he’d not perform better! I consulted with Myriam and imposed a strict training program for him to loose weight and strengthen his stamina. We decided that he’d be on the weighing scale every Sunday and that he’d be severely punished if he did not loose a full kilogram each week!

he is now practicing his push-ups and sit-ups daily and  additionally, Myriam brings him to Me now and then to make him run at the longe-cord (she does not have the space to make him run like that).

Good for his health, fun for Us!
